Permit & Inspection Fee Schedule
This application form must be accompanied by two drawings. One must be a site plan that shows the area(s) tents will be erected and the other a floor plan of each and every tent or canopy. Details should include the scale, a symbol schedule and details of any heating or electrical equipment as well as egress and exit lighting where appropriate.

Includes the following type of cost: Excessive False Alarms Hazardous Materials Release or Spill Standby Apparatus Standby Personnel Station One Meeting Room
Includes the following permits: Carnivals and Fairs Compressed Gases Exhibits and Trade Shows Outdoor Public Fireworks Displays High-Rise Building Hotel Liquified Petroleum Gases Pyrotechnical Special Effects Material Radioactive Material Special Event Temporary Membrane Structures Tents or Canopies
