On Saturday, August 28, 2021, the most recent addition to the Louisville fire family graduated from the fire academy. During the 12-week academy, the three fire medics became State of Colorado Firefighter One and Hazardous Materials Operation level certified. They also spent one full day each week of the academy reviewing the district’s protocols and sharpening their emergency medical skills. Elizabeth, Brandon, and Kyle come to LFPD as paramedics.
