New Construction Guidelines

All permit submittals shall include: applicable code of design, professional or equivalent stamp, material data sheets, and accurate address (including suites) on all sheets. Fill out an application and submit all relavent documents below. Call 303-666-8809 if you have any questions about the process.

Current code cycles in District:

• City of Louisville: 2018 IFC, all NFPA standards most current editions per City amendments
• Town of Superior: 2018 IFC
• Unincorporated Boulder County: 2015 I Codes 

Permits are valid for 180 days from date of issuance or until deemd otherwise, inspections will not be scheduled for expired permits.
