Mobile Food Vending Permit

Mobile Food Vehicle inspection applies to all vehicles that are equipped with appliances that produce smoke or grease-laden vapors. All listed requirements are based on the 2018 International Fire Code.

Fill Out The Permit Form

Go to the “apply” tab on this page and complete the form.  An emailed copy of the form submission will be emailed to the property owner’s email address indicated in the form.

Preparing For Inspection

There is a prepared checklist you can download that will walk you through what we will go over during the permit inspection.  Please review it and ensure that you are prepared to pass inspection.

Pay Your Permit Fees

You will be sent an invoice to the contact information included in the application.

Once Inspection Passed

Once you pass inspection, you will need to take the permit card from LFPD to the City of Louisville for your operating licence.
