This fee is required to obtain a construction permit to install, construct, or alter tanks or equipment used for storage of flammable or combustible liquids that are part of a motor vehicle fuel dispensing facility.

This fee is required to obtain a construction permit to install, remove, abandon, place temporarily out of service, or otherwise dispose of a flammable or combustible liquid tank.

This fee is required to obtain a construction permit to install, repair damage to, abandon, remove, place temporarily out of service, close, or substantially modify a storage facility, or other area regulated by the fire code when the hazardous materials use or storage exceeds the amounts listed.
